INTERBUS

Description

The agreement allows for occasional coach services to take place between the United Kingdom, European Union, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Turkey and Ukraine.

Will this agreement or arrangement be in place in a no-deal scenario?

Will be in place

Additional Comments

In a no deal scenario, the UK will become an independent member of the Interbus Agreement, ensuring that occasional services will continue in much the same way immediately after exit day. This will enable UK operators to run occasional services into any EU Member State in much the same way as they do now, as well as seven further states; Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Turkey and Ukraine For further information please contact the Department for Transport.
