International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Voluntary Offer Agreement (VOA)

Description

This agreement applies safeguards to nuclear material in civil nuclear facilities designated by the IAEA, and empowers the IAEA to inspect civil nuclear facilities, thus ensuring that international verification of our safeguards activity continues to be robust.
