To comply with the Land Drainage Act and Statutory Order process, there is a statutory legal duty to inform the general public about amalgamations.
Copies of the draft Order and scheme are available for public inspection during normal office working hours for a period of thirty days after the date of publication of this Notice at:

Any objection to the draft Order should be made in writing to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, quoting reference number LDC 2499. Objections should be sent by 13 March 2016.
