1. Internal Drainage Board levy support grant allocation 2025 to 2026
The purpose of the grant is to provide additional and exceptional funding to the local authorities most affected by increases in Internal Drainage Board levies over the past three years.
Local authorities and Internal Drainage Boards should continue to take action to deliver efficient services and good value for money for the public.
The 15 local authorities in scope have each experienced significant levy increases across 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26.
