This call for evidence sought research and other evidence on how the UK intellectual property system could better support our globally successful design industry. It focused on the design system in the UK and relevant international comparisons.

The government issued this call for evidence in response to the Hargreaves review of intellectual property and growth.

This call for evidence is closed. Responses were due by 11 November 2011.
