An Internal review into DECC’s decision to withhold correspondence in response to a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (“EIRs”), requesting all correspondence and data relating to the recent Institute of Acoustics’ (IoA) consultation and preparation of a good practice Guide (GPG) on the application of ETSU-R-97 for wind turbine noise assessment dated 1 October 2012 to date.
