- Information regarding the number of compensation orders / undertakings which have been entered into, and analysis of these figures
Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm the agency holds the information that you have requested, and I have provided answers to your questions below. Please note that the numbers are based on management information (as they are not currently included in the Official Statistics).
For the period to 30 September 2022 there have been 1 Compensation Order and 7 Compensation Undertakings.
