We are pleased to introduce the Insolvency Service’s Annual Plan for 2023 to 2024, setting out the agency’s priorities for the year ahead. The plan focuses on how we will support businesses and citizens, delivering against the Government’s priorities to support economic growth.

We are at the mid-point of our five-year agency strategy, and plans for this year build on the progress we have made to transform our operations and ensure the insolvency framework delivers for our stakeholders and the economy.

This year’s plan focuses on impacts, with clear, ambitious outcomes for our customers, our stakeholders, and our people.
