Our templates include additional guidance on a second tab labelled ‘Rules’.

Before saving your completed spreadsheet template in CSV format, delete the ‘Rules’ tab, so that we can process your information correctly.

Once you have saved your final CSV file, email it to: customerservices.EAS@insolvency.gov.uk

You must include a signed and completed CAU form with your spreadsheet. We are unable to process any submissions without this form.
