Summary of complaint

This was for a 12-month delay in paying a preferential dividend to employees on a creditor’s voluntary liquidation and for the failure by Mr Koumettou to notify the Redundancy Payments Service that he had not verified the directors’ claims on a creditor’s voluntary liquidation where no claims were made by the directors.
