Details

Between 17 July 2018 and 8 January 2021 Mr Thomas Guthrie, in his capacity as Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidator, sought to recover pre-appointment remuneration which he was not entitled to draw in the three companies.

The drawing of any or all of the fees are breaches of Rule 6.7 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Mr Thomas Guthrie is therefore liable to disciplinary action under Disciplinary Bye-law 4.1b
