Details

An Order has been made in relation to an allegation that Paul Barber, a licensed insolvency practitioner, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics, whilst not the appointed officeholder, failed to adhere to his promise to deal with residual matters of a completed Individual Voluntary Arrangement.

Accordingly, Paul Barber was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
