Details

This Order is made in relation to an allegation that Mr Henry breached the fundamental principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics, when:

  • Between 19 August 2009 and 12 October 2022 in his role as Liquidator of a company he failed to progress the insolvency estate in a timely manner, and/or:
  • Between 01 January 2017 and 11 February 2022 in his role as Trustee in Bankruptcy he failed to progress the bankruptcy estate in a timely manner

Accordingly, Mr Henry was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
