Nathan Malet Jones of Leicester, United Kingdom has agreed to pay an Insolvency Licensing Committee regulatory penalty of £3,000. This was for the failure to comply with the fundamental principle of professional competence and due care, as a successor appointee on a case, he failed to confirm his beneficial interest in the debtor’s property was insured for a period exceeding six years.
