Details

An Order has been made in relation to an allegation that Michael Sloper breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics, when he failed to correctly advise two debtors of their suitability to enter a Debt Relief Order.

Michael Sloper was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
