Summary of complaint: This Order is made in relation to an allegation that Mr Pattullo breached paragraphs 20(a) & (b) and 29 (d) & (e) of Statement of Insolvency Practice (‘SIP’) 3.3 in two Protected Trust Deeds when he failed to appropriately document the discussions with the debtors.

Accordingly, Mr Pattullo was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
