Summary of complaint

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Ms Potts, in her role as joint liquidator of a company, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care when she failed to ensure that a complete and accurate Form RP15 was submitted to the Redundancy Payments Service prior to closing the liquidation.

Accordingly, Ms Potts was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
