Details

An Order has been made in relation to an allegation that Joseph Sadler, in his role as liquidator of two companies breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he took more than five years to pay a distribution to creditors despite having funds to do so.

Accordingly, Mr Sadler was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
