Details

Between 16 November 2017 and 8 January 2021 Mr John William Rimmer, in his capacity as Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidator, sought to recover pre-appointment remuneration which he was not entitled to draw in 13 companies.

The drawing of any or all of the fees are breaches of Rule 6.7 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Mr John William Rimmer is therefore liable to disciplinary action under Disciplinary Bye-law 4.1b
