Details

Mrs Debi Harvey has agreed to pay an aggregate Insolvency Licensing Committee regulatory penalty of £3,500 for:

  • Failing to comply with the fundamental principle of professional competence and due care under the Insolvency Code of Ethics by charging pre-appointment fees over and above those allowed by rule 6.7 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 on 25 cases
  • Failing to comply with the principles of a Statement of Insolvency Practice (SIP), the Insolvency Act and rules and regulations by failing to investigate a bounce back loan on a case contrary to the duties under SIP 2.
