Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Turner breached IPA Conduct Rule 4.1 when he failed to respond to the Regulation and Conduct Committee’s instruction to respond in a timely manner and satisfactorily to the Secretariat’s enquiries about another complaint.

Accordingly, Mr Turner was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
