Catherine Varney of Manchester, United Kingdom has agreed to pay an Insolvency Licensing Committee regulatory penalty of £12,000. This was for multiple breaches of Statement of Insolvency Practice (SIP) 3.1 including breach of an undertaking provided, resulting in further breaches of SIP 3.1.
