Catapults are not-for-profit, independent technology and innovation centres. They connect businesses of all sizes with the UK’s research and academic communities.

This brochure shows how Catapults provide businesses with new opportunities to innovate. It also provides examples of businesses that have used Catapult centres.

Each Catapult specialises in a different area of technology. All offer specialised facilities to help businesses and researchers solve specific problems. This can help them to develop new products and services on a commercial scale.

Innovate UK set up and now oversees the 11 Catapults.
