This revised statutory guidance clarifies the law in relation to reporting restrictions in the Youth Court. A practitioners’ guide is also provided.
Statutory guidance on gang injunctions was first published in December 2011. The original version can be read at the National Archives.
This latest update replaces the guidance published in 2015 which reflected legislative changes made in the Serious Crime Act 2015 and the Crime and Courts Act 2013.
