The Foresight project ‘Detection and identification of infectious diseases’ identified future risks from infectious diseases over the next 10 to 25 years and evaluated the research and technology which might reduce such risks.
This review highlights the longer-term impact of the project on a range of sectors, as identified by expert stakeholders.
