The Foresight project ‘Detection and identification of infectious diseases’ looked at the threat of infectious diseases over the next 10 to 25 years.

This supplementary report brings together all of the African strands of the project. It focuses on the future threat of infectious diseases in sub-Saharan Africa and provides analysis of how Africa could respond.
