Details
As part of the public appointments process, all members of the Industrial Strategy Advisory Council (ISAC) are required to declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interests. These declarations are kept under regular review and are considered as a standing agenda item at each quarterly council meeting.
Members are asked to confirm or update their interests at the start of each meeting, and where a conflict is identified in relation to a specific item of business, appropriate steps will be taken to manage it, including withdrawal from discussion or decision‑making where necessary.
In line with established practice, this public register includes only those financial interests assessed as being of direct relevance to the work of the ISAC. All financial interests are otherwise declared, kept under review and managed in accordance with Cabinet Office guidance.
This register of interests is maintained by the ISAC Secretariat and published in line with transparency requirements.
