Details

We make payments to Independent Living Fund (ILF) users every 4 weeks in arrears.

There are 4 payment cycles (A, B, C and D):

  • Pay cycle A applies to ILF users whose last name begins with letters A to D
  • Pay cycle B applies to ILF users whose last name begins with letters E to K
  • Pay cycle C applies to ILF users whose last name begins with letters L to Q
  • Pay cycle D applies to ILF users whose last name begins with letters R to Z

For each payment cycle the timetable shows the:

  • ‘pay date’ – when the payment should arrive in the ILF user’s account
  • ‘from and to dates’ – the 4-week period that the payment covers
  • ‘last date for processing changes’ – the deadline for making changes to an award before the payment is made
