This publication is the Independent Living Fund (ILF) annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012.

The ILF is an executive non-departmental public body of the Department for Work and Pensions. It was created to provide financial help for disabled people in the form of regular four-weekly payments to enable them to pay for qualifying support and services that help them live independently.

This annual report highlights the ILF’s achievements over the year and celebrates its users’ success stories.
