Details

The government has agreed to indemnify and keep indemnified (subject to exclusions) ROs and local ROs from and against liabilities, damages, costs (including reasonable legal costs and expenses properly incurred), claims, proceedings and/or expenses which may be taken or made against or incurred by that RO or Local RO in consequence of conducting European Parliamentary elections on or after May 2019 (until the UK leaves the EU).
