We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
I would like a copy or details of the ‘Limbo Policy’ instructions as referred to in the Immigration Directorates’ Instructions (Chapter 7 section 2 paragraph 6) and contained in Chapter 22 section 2 of the IDIs contents of which are not disclosed on the IND website.
