Assesses the costs and benefits of draft regulations to determine the content of directors’ remuneration reports. The regulations aim to address failures in the governance of directors’ pay through reforming remuneration reporting requirements. This aims to provide shareholders with the clear, high quality information they need to monitor and engage with companies. See also URN 12/888 for the related consultation document.
