Change of name of a company, subject to a specific countervailing duty rate, for imports of certain rainbow trout, from Turkey.
The Commission published a Decision in the Official Journal ref. C156 on 8 May 2020. The decision accepted that the change of company name does not affect the company’s right to benefit from the duty rate applicable to non-sampled cooperating companies, for imports certain rainbow trout, from Turkey.
The company details for additional code B985 have changed as follows:
