This notice supersedes Anti-dumping duty 2413.
Terminating the anti-absorption investigation concerning imports of certain cast iron articles originating in China.
The Commission announced in Decision 2020/1051, OJ ref. L230, the termination of that investigation concerning certain cast iron articles (grey iron or ductile cast iron) originating in China. This follows the withdrawal of the complaint which initiated the anti-absorption investigation.
The anti-dumping duty rates remain unchanged.
This decision takes effect from 18 July 2020.
