This document contains the following information: Implementation agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Russian Federation concerning the prepayment of certain debt obligations of the government of the Russian Federation: London, 10 August 2006 and Moscow, 16 August 2006.

The Implementation Agreement entered into force on 16 August 2006.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
