This document contains the following information: Implementation agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Russian Federation concerning the partial prepayment of certain debt obligations of the government of the Russian Federation, London, 7 July 2005 and Moscow, 12 July 2005, [and] supplemental implementation agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Russian Federation concerning the partial prepayment of certain debt obligations of the government of the Russian Federation: London, 26 July 2005 and Moscow, 28 July 2005.

The Implementation Agreement entered into force on 12 July 2005 and the Supplemental Implementation Agreement entered into force on 28 July 2005.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
