Details

Using offender data from 2016 from Offender Assessment System (OASys) assessments, police, probation and prions systems, the study updates previous analysis on this topic following changes brought about by the Offender Rehabilitation Act (2014) which included extension of statutory rehabilitation (supervision) to short-sentenced offenders released from prison.
