The Environment Agency gives notice that it proposes to carry out improvement work to the flood defences at Idmiston level gauging station, River Bourne, Church Road, Idmiston, Wiltshire SP4 0AT (NGR SU19668 37600).
The proposed improvement work will involve installing a new mains supply to the gauging station hut.
The Environment Agency considers that the improvement works are not likely to have significant effects on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of them. The works information is available for review by appointment with the project manager.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed improvement works should do so, in writing, within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
