Flood risk maps 2019
The Environment Agency and lead local flood authorities will use the maps to prepare the flood risk management plans from 2021 to 2027.

Details
The flood risk maps show the potential risk and impacts of flooding in the flood risk areas. The Environment Agency identified flood risk areas in their preliminary flood risk assessment (PFRA) published in 2018.
We publish the maps to meet the requirements of the flood risk regulations. We review and update them every 6 years.
The maps are static. They use existing data and risk assessment information from December 2019. The maps do not show information at a property level. You can find out if you’re in an area at risk of flooding by viewing the long-term flood risk information.
