Details
The flood risk management plan (FRMP) is split into 7 documents. These are:
- part a - includes the legislative background and information for all river basin districts
- part b - includes detail about each catchment, the flood risk areas and other strategic areas
- post adoption statement - an announcement of the adoption of the FRMP in accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (as amended)
- strategic environmental assessment statement of particulars - includes the potential impacts on people and the environment when implementing the measures in the FRMP
- habitat regulations assessment - details the potential impacts on designated European sites when implementing the measures in the FRMP
- habitats regulations assessment - non-technical summary
- annex 1 - provides the implementation status of each measure published in the first FRMP cycle
