Details

High Speed Two (HS2) require land access to undertake environmental, ground investigation and sound and vibration surveys on land adjoining the proposed railway routes.

These are the current template access agreements which are being issued by the HS2 Land and Property Access Department to landowners and occupiers on land along the Phase 2a and Phase 2b route.

The access and surveys are needed to collate supporting environmental and ground condition information required for the High Speed Bill preparation and to design the final details of the railway.
