Volume 1 introduces the supplementary environmental information and changes to the design and construction assumptions included within the SES, and amendments which have resulted in the need to amend the Bill within the AP ES. It also explains the environmental impact assessment process that has been applied.
These documents have been published as part of the HS2 Phase 2a SES and AP ES for the route between the West Midlands and Crewe.
