It is possible to appeal some decisions made by the regulator, such as:

  • to register, not to register or to de-register a registered provider
  • consent to a rule change
  • issue an enforcement notice

Before completing the appeal form you should first read the appeals procedure and the guidance note on making appeals against some of the decisions made by the regulator of social housing.
