     Updated to set out what local authorities are allowed to use money from fixed penalty notices for, as the Waste Enforcement (Fixed Penalty Receipts) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2024 come into force.

     The maximum full penalty for breaches of the household waste duty of care is now £600.

  3. 11 December 2018

     Updated the email address in section 4.4 for sending copies of each FPN to the Environment Agency.
