Details

The government has agreed to meet the reasonable legal costs of postmasters making an appeal through the Horizon Shortfall Scheme Appeals (HSSA) process.

This guidance sets out the tariffs used to calculate those costs. It has been agreed through a mediated discussion between DBT and legal advisers known to represent eligible claimants.
