Details

This framework sets out the underlying principles and provides guidance for the assessment of any claims under the Horizon Shortfall Scheme Appeals (HSSA) process.

It should be read alongside the HSSA process guidance and principles and the Post Office publication ‘Horizon Shortfall Scheme Consequential Loss Principles and Guidance’.

It gives more detail on the established principles which govern shortfall losses and consequential losses, and how they apply in relation to the HSSA process.
