This guide aims to assist those who work with ex-offenders to help prevent them from becoming homeless and to meet their housing needs. It focuses on 3 main areas:

  • partnership working to increase capacity in housing provision
  • multi-agency approaches to assessment and planning
  • provision of on-going support

It draws on existing initiatives to provide examples of practice.
