To provide user feedback, there are several ways users can contact statistics producers:
- our releases have contact details for specific questions for statistics producers
- we have a statisticsenquiries@hmrc.gov.uk email address for general enquiries about HMRC statistics
- producers run consultations to gather specific user feedback. The feedback is reviewed and acted on in their next releases. We publish summary results of consultations in line with government guidance on consultations
- users can receive email alerts when pages are updated by subscribing to topics relating to business tax and personal tax.
We are also engaging with the Government Statistical Society’s user engagement strategy across the 3 strands of collaboration, capability and culture.
All producers maintain a rolling process of continuing improvements to their statistics, acting on feedback for their next releases.
