For two years from his last day of service, Mike should not engage in lobbying or make representations to the UK Government, including Ministers or officials, or to HM Land Registry, on behalf of Registers of Scotland. He should also not make use, directly or indirectly, of privileged information or contacts acquired during his time in Crown service to influence government policy, decisions or the award of contracts.
