Historical comparison between the Met Office surface exchange scheme: probability distributed model (MOSESPDM) and the Met Office rainfall and evaporation calculation model (MORECS)

To evaluate and assess current methods of estimating catchment wetness that feed into rainfall runoff models in order to improve accuracy of forecasts.
